Al Tayer Group is seeking an Administrator for Health and Safety in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on providing professional administration to the HSE department, enabling the team to function effectively and efficiently.

You will coordinate HSE documentation, monitor safety requirements with operations, perform site inspections, and support safety initiatives. The role includes training staff and subcontractors on safety and first aid.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate in any discipline, preferably Commerce.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Understand HSE needs from operation/execution team and monitor the requirement.
• Maintain necessary HSE documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/information.
• Inspect the factory/site during the establishment phase and indicate all safety equipment needed before commencement of works.
• Regularly inspect factory/site for adherence to safety standards as specified by government authorities and project safety plan.
• Prepare safety equipment maintenance schedule and ensure its adherence.
• Ensure that fire regulations are adhered to and every possible precaution is taken to enable quick action when required.
• Provide monthly reports with regards to HSE.
• Conduct periodic safety audits on factory/site and send weekly reports to Production/Project manager.
• Prepare accident reports highlighting causes and propose corrective action and implement, to prevent recurrence.
• Identify unsafe practices on site/factory, prepare necessary nonconformity reports, record the same and follow up for corrective action.
• Impart training and awareness amongst all factory/site staff and subcontractors on safety and first aid guidelines.
