Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Admin & Operations Executive to support our growing business. This role will be central in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across administration, documentation, and reporting.


Responsibilities


  • Handle general administration tasks and office coordination

  • Prepare and manage import/export documentation

  • Maintain warehouse records and documentation

  • Support basic accounting and bookkeeping entries

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and basic business slides

  • Create, organize, and analyze data with excellent Excel skills


Qualifications


  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)

  • Good working knowledge of PowerPoint for preparing slides

  • Experience with import/export and warehouse documentation is a plus

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
