• Deliver high-quality classroom instruction in Innovation and Entrepreneurship courses, ensuring that course objectives are met and students are engaged.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Organize and manage instructional resources, course outlines, and community networks.
• Foster a respectful and culturally sensitive learning environment.
• Cultivate effective working relationships across the organization and within the community.
• Inspire and motivate students and colleagues to overcome challenges and pursue personal and academic growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• A Ph.D. in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a related field from a reputable university is preferred; candidates with a Master’s degree and substantial industry experience may also be considered.
