• PhD in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a related field preferred; Master’s with industry experience may be considered.
• Evidence of excellence in undergraduate/graduate teaching in innovation and entrepreneurship.
• Industry or consulting experience providing practical classroom insights.
• Ability to develop innovative course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom instruction in Innovation and Entrepreneurship courses, ensuring that course objectives are met and students are engaged.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Organize and manage instructional resources, course outlines, and community networks.
• Foster a respectful and culturally sensitive learning environment.
• Cultivate effective working relationships across the organization and within the community.
• Inspire and motivate students and colleagues to overcome challenges and pursue personal and academic growth.
• Actively seek innovative methods and resources to continuously enhance course delivery.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
