You will support customer questions, ensure safety standards, assist with setup and cleanup, and help manage crowd flow during peak times. Flexible to work weekends and holidays, with a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, entertainment, hospitality, or sports/recreation is an advantage.
• Experience working with children or family entertainment environments preferred.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Purpose

The Activity Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, fun, and engaging activities for customers while ensuring a positive overall experience. The role focuses on guiding participants, supporting daily activity operations, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to a high-energy, family-friendly entertainment environment.

Roles and responsibilities

1.Activity Delivery

• Facilitate and deliver daily in-store activities according to operational guidelines.
• Guide customers through activity instructions, rules, and participation.
• Ensure activities run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
• Assist in setting up and closing activity areas daily.
• Maintain a fun, engaging, and energetic environment at all times.

Customer Experience

• Provide friendly and helpful service to all customers and participants.
• Assist guests with questions, instructions, and activity support.
• Ensure customers have a positive and enjoyable experience.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional attitude at all times.
• Support customer flow and reduce waiting time during peak periods.

3.Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and ensure safe participation in activities.
• Monitor customers to prevent accidents or misuse of equipment.
• Conduct basic safety checks of activity areas and equipment.
• Report incidents, damages, or hazards to supervisors immediately.
• Adhere to company policies and operational standards.

4.Operations Support

• Ensure activity areas are clean, organized, and ready for operation.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and activity materials.
• Support setup for promotions, events, and special activities.
• Help manage customer flow during busy periods.
• Support basic stock handling related to activity materials.

5.Teamwork

• Work closely with Activity Supervisors and Senior Activity Specialists.
• Follow instructions and support team members during operations.
• Contribute to a positive, cooperative, and energetic team environment.
• Participate in training and skill development sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, entertainment, hospitality, or sports/recreation is an advantage.
