• Accounting background
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
• Methodical approach to day-to-day duties and challenges

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain accurate cash balances and registers.
• Investigate unverified payments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Periodic daily and monthly reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate with online ecommerce providers to streamline processes and reconciliation reports.
• Reconcile sales data against finance data on a periodic basis.
• Respond to customer enquiries to resolve queries within SLA.
• Post customer payments by recording cash, cheques and card transactions in the accounting software.
• Raise invoices and credit notes and send them out promptly.
• Assist with month-end duties such as bank reconciliations and posting outstanding entries.
