Job summary

Orient Insurance PJSC, part of Al-Futtaim Group, is hiring a Finance Officer - Accounts Receivable in Dubai, UAE. The role supports financial reporting, AR control, management reporting, and statutory submissions, focusing on reconciling debtor and broker accounts and reviewing premium registers.

The position requires accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines, with UAE Family Book being an Emiratization requirement. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in banking or insurance preferred.
• Emirati candidate with UAE Family Book.
• Living in Sharjah or Dubai.
• Able to join immediately.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounts receivable ledger preparation and ensure timely statements to clients.
• Reconcile accounts receivable statements with general ledger for Head Office and branches.
• Identify variances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support Finance Manager with data for underwriting and financial reports.
• Prepare management information for review and decision-making.
• Provide data for government submissions and statutory reporting.
