Orient Insurance PJSC in the UAE seeks a finance professional to assist in budgeting, management reporting, and financial statistics required by Government Ministries, while supervising accounts receivable and reconciling debtors with the general ledger in line with the company’s policies and applicable laws.

The candidate will oversee AR ledgers for Orient Head Office and branches, prepare data for management decisions, compile statutory reports for government departments, review branch reports

Responsabilités

• Supervise preparation of the accounts receivable ledger and reconcile the debtors balances with the general ledger
• Provide budgeting support, management reports, and financial statistics required by Government Ministries
• Assist Finance Manager in collecting and compiling data for underwriting and financial reports for management decisions
• Compile financial and statistical information reports to meet statutory requirements for government departments
• Review branch reports to verify accuracy and assign accounting effects to transactions
• Maintain and update accounts of insurance brokers and verify variances for corrective action
• Check premium registers to verify record accuracy and identify variances for remedial actions
