athGADLANG is seeking an Assistant Manager - Finance Business Partner (Accounts Receivable) to lead AR management and revenue recognition activities. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Shared Services to optimize collections, improve DSO, and ensure IFRS-compliant revenue treatment.

The role requires 5–8 years of finance experience, strong ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to drive process improvements in a high-volume environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Partner with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Care, Legal, and Shared Services.
• Advise on receivables, revenue, and customer account matters.
• Manage AR balances, aging, collections, and DSO improvements.
• Review revenue recognition per IFRS and assist monthly/quarterly closes.
• Prepare AR reports and provide commentary on risks and performance.
• Collaborate with Shared Services to ensure accurate data and process efficiency.
• Maintain strong internal controls, governance, and audit readiness.
