Job summary

CPL Aromas FZE in Dubai seeks a Finance Executive to support Accounts Receivable and Credit Control. You will maintain accurate customer accounts, allocate payments, and contribute to working capital management while collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service.

You will help with month-end processes, prepare debtor ageing reports, and provide insights to reduce bad debt. The role requires a degree in accounting or finance, at least two years in AR/credit control, and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in Accounts Receivable or credit control.
• Experience with customer reconciliations, receipt allocation, ageing analysis.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer accounts and resolve account matters.
• Process and allocate incoming receipts; follow up overdue balances.
• Prepare debtor ageing reports and reconciliation schedules.
• Support month-end close and reporting processes.
• Maintain documentation for transactions and audits.
