Job summary

CPL Aromas Inc. in Dubai is seeking a Finance Executive to support Accounts Receivable and Credit Control. The role involves maintaining customer accounts, allocating payments, and assisting with month-end reporting in line with internal controls.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve account matters, perform reconciliations, aging analyses, and assist with cash-flow forecasting in a manufacturing/distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant AR/credit control experience.
• Experience with reconciliations, ageing analysis, and collection follow-up.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Good written and verbal English communication; customer follow-up confidence.
• ERP experience; knowledge of Dynamics 365 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record customer invoices and credit notes accurately per procedures.
• Maintain customer master data, payment terms, credit limits, and docs in ERP.
• Monitor balances and ageing; follow up overdue accounts and payment dates.
• Process and allocate incoming receipts accurately and on time.
• Liaise with customers, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve disputes.
• Support month-end close activities and reporting schedules.
