Remote DXB is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist in Dubai. The role focuses on invoicing, aging analysis, cash management, and client communications to ensure timely payments.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s Degree and proven expertise in AR, reconciliation, and financial reporting, with strong presentation skills for management reviews. This position is based in Dubai with a finance team and cross-functional support.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and financial reconciliation.
• Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in preparing financial reports and analytical presentations.
• Master's Degree holder with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date and credits/collections are applied
• Perform daily cash management duties including recording bank deposits and updating cash receipt logs
• Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail
• Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R for management review
• Support accounting, finance, inventory management, and cost accounting teams
• Prepare reports for AR aging, AR analysis, and presentations for reviews
• Communicate discrepancies to management and identify slow-paying customers
• Strengthen client relationships through professional communication regarding past-due accounts
