Job summary

Sharjah Education Academy is seeking an Accountant to support the Finance function by processing payments, performing vendor reconciliations, and monitoring budgets. The role includes financial reporting, petty cash management, travel arrangements, and government portal administration (MOF, Nafis, Takamul, Oracle Fusion).

The candidate will handle education allowances and employee benefits payments, ensure compliance with applicable policies, and generate required reports for authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA preferred or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 2–3 years in accounting/finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Process payments on Takamul and Oracle Fusion.
• Complete vendor reconciliations periodically.
• Provide payment status information to users.
• Generate payable status and budget reports.
• Manage the Finance petty cash float and reimbursements.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and guests.
• Handle registrations on MOF and Nafis portals.
