Job summary

Essential Anesthesia Management (EAM) is seeking an accounting professional to support healthcare operations in the Dubai area. The role focuses on onboarding vendors, processing and auditing invoices, and managing 1099 provider listings and contract terms.

The candidate will communicate with internal staff and external vendors via phone and email, reconcile accounts, and contribute to process improvements and automation projects. Experience in healthcare accounting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience in healthcare settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel on a daily basis.
• Experience with vendor setup and coding.
• Experience reconciling invoices against contracts.
• Moderate MS Office suite skills.
