Job summary

Combuzz HR Solutions in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Accounts Manager to establish and run the new finance function for a startup operation.

The candidate should have ADGM experience and a strong background in international finance and accounting, capable of working independently with minimal supervision and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, controls, and management reporting while providing insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• ADGM experience is essential.
• Experience in international finance and accounting.
• Experience in setting up finance functions for a new company.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Set up and manage finance and accounting processes for a new company.
