Job summary

Combuzz is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager in Abu Dhabi to establish and lead the company’s finance and accounting functions. The role requires ADGM experience and a strong background in international finance, with the ability to work independently and deliver robust financial insights.

You will set up finance processes, oversee reporting and compliance, and support budgeting and management reporting for a new operation in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• ADGM experience is essential.
• Experience in international finance and accounting.
• Experience setting up finance functions for a new company.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Set up and manage finance and accounting processes for a new company.
• Oversee financial reporting, controls, compliance, and accounting operations.
