Job summary

Prime Strategy Consultants in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented logistics and accounts professional. You will manage invoicing, VAT, ERP entries, and shipment documentation while coordinating with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.

The role requires 2-4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel/data-entry skills, and ERPNext proficiency. UAE customs knowledge is a plus, with focus on accuracy, timely payments, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Background in Accounts / ERP / Logistics / Import-Export.
• Strong Excel and data-entry skills.
• ERP experience, ERPNext preferred.
• Great attention to detail and follow-up.
• Good英语 communication.
• UAE customs/logistics knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoices, expenses, VAT and account documentation.
• Manage ERP entries and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate import/export and shipment documentation.
• Work with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and clearing agents.
• Verify quantities, pricing, VAT, HS codes and shipment details.
• Track missing documents and support smooth deliveries and payments.
