Job summary

Hafilat Industry LLC is seeking an Accounts Clerk to join its finance team in Abu Dhabi. The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career accounting professionals who can maintain records, process invoices and payment documents, and support daily financial operations.

You will handle daily data entry, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable activities, and ensure proper documentation of accounting records while building familiarity with accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Fresher to 2 years of accounting experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of invoices, payment records, and data entry.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• UAE experience is preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
