Client of Sperton Global AS in the UAE Ras Al-Khaimah is seeking an Accounts Assistant with up to 2 years of experience for immediate joining. A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance is required.

You will support daily accounting tasks, payroll assistance, expense recording, bank reconciliations, and monthly close activities in a manufacturing environment. Strong MS Excel and accounting software skills, coupled with honesty and confidentiality, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll preparation and salary record maintenance.

• Handle petty cash entries and reconciliation.

• Maintain vouchers invoices and supporting documents.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
• Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities.
