Job summary

Confidential in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Accountant (Emirati) to join the Finance team. The role focuses on core accounting, accuracy of financial records, audits, and compliance with AE regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities include month-end close, financial reporting, AP/AR processing, VAT filings, and coordination with auditors, with close collaboration across functional teams to ensure financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Emirati with valid family documents.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities independently.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis for management.
