Job summary

Trumax Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Accountant on a temporary basis with a spouse visa for three months to handle day-to-day accounts work.

You will manage general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, perform reconciliations, and assist with month-end closing and financial reporting using Excel and ERP-enabled accounting software. CPA or CMA qualifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Masters in commerce or Bachelor in commerce or related field.
• Knowledge of ERP is an advantage.
• Experience with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• CPA or CMA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Hands-on knowledge of General Ledger (GL), including journal entries, account reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, payment tracking, and vendor reconciliation.
• Ability to perform bank and account reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment entries is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records
