Job summary

Enerflex, a global leader in natural gas compression equipment and related services, seeks a seasoned accounting professional to support regional finance and compliance reporting. You will ensure accurate SAP processing for AP/AR/GL, assist in month-end close, and support intercompany billings and settlements.

Required is a bachelor’s in accounting or auditing with 5+ years in oil & gas, solid SAP and Excel skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic workload while adhering to HR, HSE, and Firm

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Audit or Accounting is required or pursuing
• Experience in Oil & Gas sector is a plus
• Strong SAP and Excel capabilities for finance processes
• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Provide key assistance to Business Device Accountants within regional finance and compliance reporting
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger in SAP accurately
• Support Month-End GL close and monthly unit reporting
• Assist with SAP access management (Fixed Assets, Accruals, etc.) and intercompany settlements

Range
Provide key assistance to Business Device Accountants within the Regional, financial and also conformity reporting
Concept obligations as well as obligations
Make sure precise and prompt processing of all bookkeeping data in SAP e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger etc and ensure that they are correctly represented within price facility, WBS and account code
Help in Month-End GL close and also Monthly Reporting Refine for Organization Units
Assist in bookkeeping and also calculation of SAP Access, e.g. Fixed Assets, Early Repayments, Accruals, Petty Cash
Take care of Intercompany audit, preparation as well as reservation of billings for back-charging, in addition to month-end settlement
Follow all Enerflex Human Resources, High Quality, HSE, and all the Firm policies, procedures, processes, job directions and standards
Execute all other responsibilities as appointed by Manager/ Manager

Job Specifications
Minimum a Bachelors degree in Audit or Company
Holding or pursuing holding an internationally identified accountancy certification
Minimum 5 years of appropriate experience in a similar duty experience in the Oil & Gas market is a possession
SAP experience as well as Excel understanding
Business abilities, trouble addressing skills and also the ability to manage a hectic varied workload as well as multi-task
Hold high standard of effectiveness and efficiency, operate in an arranged, positive, positive and responsive way
