Job summary

RAK Real Estate in the United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced Accountant to support various financial activities including receivables and payables, general ledger, and cash management. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and have at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities include verifying invoices, processing payments, performing reconciliations, and reviewing payroll. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required, along with ERP Odoo experience. Experience in real estate or contracting sectors would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
• Attestation of Educational Certificate required if issued outside the UAE.
• Experience in real estate, leasing or contracting sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoices with LPO, work orders, and site reports.
• Process accounting receivables and incoming payments.
• Perform bank account reconciliations regularly.
• Review payroll and prepare distribution of staff salaries.
• Manage petty cash operations through proper inspection.
• Prepare and review VAT input and output calculation.
• Support monthly and yearly closing and audits.
