Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records and general ledger.
• Prepare journal entries, invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements if required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable tax regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data confidentiality.
