Job summary

Nizamix, a UAE-focused unified business management platform, is seeking an Accountant / Auditor to serve as the finance and tax authority behind the product. You will validate VAT workflows, review invoices, and support clients during VAT data migration and setup in a fast-growing ERP ecosystem.

Fluent in English and Arabic, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate tax reporting under UAE rules and eInvoicing mandates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in UAE accounting, audit or tax.
• Hands-on UAE VAT experience; UAE Corporate Tax knowledge is a plus.
• Registration as ACCA/CPA/CA or FTA Tax Agent is desirable.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho, Tally).
• Fluent English and Arabic (both required).

Responsibilities

• Validate Nizamix ERP, VAT and POS workflows against UAE VAT law, FTA requirements and the eInvoicing data model
• Write accounting and tax scenarios and test cases for the product team
• Review tax invoices, credit notes, VAT returns and reconciliations produced by the system
• Support clients during implementation: chart of accounts, VAT setup, data migration and audit trail
• Keep the team up to date on FTA and Ministry of Finance regulatory changes

Nizamix is a unified business management platform built for the UAE: 9 integrated products - ERP, VAT & eInvoicing (PINT AE), WMS, POS, B2B portal, SRM/procurement, Marketplace, TRACE and BI.

We are building VAT and eInvoicing workflows for UAE businesses (PINT AE data model, Exchange and Reporting streams). We are looking for an Accountant / Auditor to be the finance and tax authority behind the product.

• Validate Nizamix ERP, VAT and POS workflows against UAE VAT law, FTA requirements and the eInvoicing data model
• Write accounting and tax scenarios and test cases for the product team

Requirements

• 4+ years in UAE accounting, audit or tax (Big 4 / audit firm experience is a plus)
• Hands-on UAE VAT experience; UAE Corporate Tax knowledge is a plus
• ACCA / CPA / CA or FTA Tax Agent registration is desirable
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho, Tally)
• Fluent English and Arabic (both required)
