Job summary

Elite Butlers Hospitality Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Dubai to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, maintain accurate financial records, and handle AP/AR. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• UAE/GCC accounting experience will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment records and related financial documents
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements
• Track expenses and maintain proper supporting documentation
• Support budgeting, reporting and financial analysis activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders on finance-related matters
• Assist with audits and compliance requirements
