Job summary

Magnet HR Tech Digital in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day finance, bookkeeping, and store/inventory operations at our Dubai facility. The role blends financial accuracy with practical inventory control to support smooth operations.

You will handle accounts payable/receivable, month-end reporting support, stock counts, and VAT-related documentation, working closely with management to monitor cash flow, expenses, and inventory turnover.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience handling finance, accounts, and store/inventory management.
• Postgraduate degree in Commerce (M.Com) or MBA in Finance or equivalent.
• Strong numerical ability and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage routine bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist month-end reporting.
• Oversee store operations, inventory movements, and cycle counts.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Accountant to handle day‑to‑day finance, accounting, and store/inventory management functions. The ideal candidate will blend strong financial skills with practical inventory control experience to ensure smooth operational and financial workflows at our Dubai facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Finance: Manage routine bookkeeping, process accounts payable/receivable, handle bank reconciliations, and assist in month‑end financial reporting.
• Store & Inventory Control: Oversee store operations, track inventory movements, perform physical stock counts, and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain precise financial files, process vendor invoices, verify purchase orders, and support basic VAT‑related documentation.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing cash flows, store expenses, and inventory turnover for management review.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Postgraduate degree (PG) in Commerce (M.Com), MBA in Finance, or equivalent commerce qualifications.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience handling combined finance, accounts, and store/inventory management functions.
• Skills: Strong numerical ability, high proficiency in accounting software, good command of Microsoft Excel, and excellent organizational skills.
• Location Constraint: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
