Job summary

Edelman in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a capable PR professional to manage day-to-day account work and support senior team members. You will regularly advise clients on tactical implementation and may lead some accounts within the team, handling multiple high-profile brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in public relations and working with retail clients.
• Previous client-facing experience, including providing tactical counsel.
• Strong UAE media relations with English media outlets.
• Strong project management skills.
• Effective time management, and demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst managing multiple accounts.
• Experience guiding junior employees.
• Ability to communicate effectively, including skills in negotiation and obtaining cooperation.
• Strong content development skills, and experience drafting press releases, media alerts, bylined articles, features etc.
• Fluent in Arabic.

THE ROLE

Your role involves managing day-to-day account work and providing support to senior team members. You will have a frequent interaction with the client providing counsel on tactical implementation.
