Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Director or senior account leadership within an ad/creative/digital agency.
• Strong track record managing multiple retained client accounts and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience closing RFPs and expanding services within existing accounts.
• Deep understanding of social media, content strategy, and integrated marketing solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Social Media Accounts, overseeing project delivery across retained client accounts.
• Drive revenue growth by closing at least five RFPs per year and expanding services.
• Ensure high-quality content, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Represent Hashtag externally with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist, Production, and Influencer Marketing teams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a cross-functional, multi-location team.
• Build strong client relationships, serve as a senior point of contact, and address client needs and escalations.
• Champion best practices in process, operations, and creative execution.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation with finance and operations teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead Social Media Accounts, overseeing project delivery across all retained client accounts.


• Drive revenue growth by ensuring the successful closure of a minimum of five RFPs per year and expanding services within existing accounts.


• Ensure the highest standards of content quality, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.


• Represent Hashtag externally with clients, partners, and stakeholders, reinforcing the agency’s reputation for creative excellence and client service.


• Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist, Production, and Influencer Marketing teams to deliver integrated, innovative solutions.


• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a cross-functional, multi-location team.


• Build strong client relationships, serve as a senior point of contact, and proactively address client needs and escalations.


• Champion best practices in process, operations, and creative execution.


• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation in coordination with the finance and operations teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an Account Director, Senior Account Manager, or similar client services leadership role within an advertising, creative, digital, or social media agency.


• Strong experience managing multiple retained client accounts and overseeing end-to-end project delivery.


• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, business development, and account growth.


• Experience in responding to and closing RFPs and identifying opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.


• Strong understanding of social media, content strategy, creative production, and integrated marketing solutions.


• Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional and multi-location teams.


• Strong commercial awareness with experience in managing project budgets, timelines, resources, and account profitability.


• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client expectations in a fast-paced agency environment.
