Banaat FC is seeking an experienced Academy Head Coach to join our girls’ football academy in Dubai, UAE. This hands-on role emphasizes elite youth development, technical and tactical coaching, and building a strong player pathway across age groups, including U17.

You will lead coaching across multiple academy teams, plan sessions, set development objectives, prepare for leagues and tournaments, and contribute to the club’s coaching methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coaching and development of multiple Academy teams, including likely responsibility for U17.
• Plan and deliver high-quality technical and tactical training sessions.
• Build clear player development objectives across assigned age groups.
• Prepare teams for league matches, tournaments and competitions.
• Conduct player and team analysis to support individual development.
• Work with the coaching team to maintain consistency across the Academy.
• Contribute to Banaat FC’s coaching methodology, curriculum and player pathway.
• Support player assessments, trials, recruitment and squad selection.
• Build relationships with players and parents while upholding professional standards.
• Contribute beyond the pitch as the Academy grows.

The Role

Banaat FC is looking for an experienced and ambitious Academy Head Coach to join our growing girls’ football Academy in Dubai.

This is a hands‑on coaching role for someone who is passionate about elite youth player development, understands how to develop girls technically and tactically, and wants to play an important role in raising the standard of a fast‑growing Academy.

The successful candidate will likely take responsibility for our U17 team alongside 2–3 additional Academy age groups, depending on experience and coaching profile.

You Will

• Lead the coaching and development of multiple Academy teams, including likely responsibility for U17.
• Plan and deliver high‑quality technical and tactical training sessions.
• Build clear player development objectives across your assigned age groups.
• Prepare teams for league matches, tournaments and competitions.

• Work closely with the wider coaching team to create consistency across the Academy.
• Contribute to the development of Banaat FC’s coaching methodology, curriculum and player pathway.
• Support player assessments, trials, recruitment and squad selection.
• Build strong relationships with players and parents while maintaining high professional standards.
• Contribute beyond the pitch where needed as the Academy continues to grow.

We’re Looking For

• UEFA B / AFC B license or higher preferred.
• Strong experience coaching youth football.
• A proven ability to develop players technically, not simply manage teams.
• Experience coaching girls or women is highly desirable.
• Confidence coaching across different youth age groups.
• Strong leadership, communication and personality.
• Organized and comfortable with session planning, player development plans and analysis.
• Someone proactive, adaptable and excited by the opportunity to help build something — not simply deliver sessions.
• Fluent English.
• Available to relocate to Dubai and join immediately.
