Ajman University in the United Arab Emirates seeks an accomplished academic leader for a senior teaching and research role. The post emphasizes curriculum development, clinical supervision, and student mentorship across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

The candidate will lead research projects, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, secure external funding, and foster collaborations with hospitals and international partners while contributing to strategic governance and CPD opportunities.

Formación

• PhD from an accredited institution and fellowship/board certification.
• Minimum 10 years as Associate/Assistant Professor or equivalent.
• Minimum 20 peer‑reviewed publications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills preferred.
• Experience leading research funding and academic leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, deliver, and evaluate curricula aligned with College goals.
• Mentor and supervise students in academic, clinical, and research settings.
• Provide clinical supervision within affiliated facilities.
• Lead research projects and publish in high‑impact journals.
• Deliver CPD opportunities and engage with external partners.
