• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR roles.
• Knowledge of best practices for recruiting/sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with potential candidates.

Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on job boards, social media sites, college campuses etc.
• Source qualified candidates from databases and other resources such as employee referrals etc.
• Interview potential candidates using various methods such as video conferencing, telephone interviews etc.
• Establish relationships with college placement offices and alumni groups to source qualified candidates
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Make recommendations on candidate hiring decisions after conducting thorough background checks
• Track applicant flow through the recruitment process
• Serve as a liaison between management and the applicants during the recruitment process
