Job summary

PXI Real Estate L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi seeks a motivated Listing Agent to source and secure property listings, build relationships with owners, and maintain accurate listing details across platforms. You will ensure listings are actively marketed, updated, and compliant with company procedures, delivering high standards of service.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, proactive follow-up, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple listings.
• Presentable, organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new residential property listings in Abu Dhabi.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and developers.
• Contact property owners to obtain property details, availability, pricing, and listing authorization.
• Collect and verify accurate property information, including prices, unit details, specifications, amenities, and availability.
• Coordinate with owners and internal sales consultants regarding property viewings and availability.
• Maintain and regularly update the company’s property listing database.
• Prepare and publish property listings on approved portals and marketing platforms.
• Follow company procedures regarding listing authorization and property documentation.
• Maintain proper records of owner communications, listing documents, and property details.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi property market trends, projects, prices, and available inventory.
• Ensure professional communication and a high level of service when dealing with property owners and clients.
