Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Grill & BBQ Chef Specialist to join a prestigious private VIP family in Abu Dhabi. You will master grilling, meat and seafood dishes, with a focus on taste, presentation, and premium quality.

The role requires discretion, independence, and a keen eye for VIP service standards. Responsibilities include preparing diverse BBQ dishes, marinades, rubs, sauces, and signature recipes while upholding top food safety and kitchen hygiene.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Grill Chef, BBQ Chef, or Grill & BBQ Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of grilling methods, meat cuts, marinades, and BBQ techniques.
• Experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, private households, or VIP settings is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, presentation, and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional kitchen standards.
• Flexible, discreet, and professional with VIP service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled and BBQ dishes for the VIP family.
• Demonstrate expertise in charcoal grilling, smoking, roasting, and BBQ techniques.
• Prepare marinades, rubs, sauces, and signature BBQ recipes.
• Ensure quality, freshness, and presentation meet VIP standards.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage ingredients, kitchen supplies, and proper storage.
• Customize menus according to family preferences and dietary requirements.
• Maintain and handle grilling equipment and kitchen tools.
