Job summary

Key duties include grinding beans, mixing syrups, brewing, serving, preparing light food, maintaining a clean workspace, stocking supplies, operating the cash register, and greeting customers with a friendly, high‑level service mindset.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Barista to join our team in Abu‑Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this position is 1400 AED per month.

The main responsibility of the Barista is to prepare and serve coffee drinks and other drinks according to company recipes. This includes grinding coffee beans, blending syrups and spices, brewing coffee, serving drinks, preparing food items, maintaining a clean work area, completing cleaning duties such as washing dishes and wiping down counters, stocking supplies when necessary, and operating cash registers. The Barista will also be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner and providing them with excellent customer service.
