Job summary

An aviation maintenance company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled GCAA A1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. The successful candidate will perform maintenance and certification on B737NG and B737 MAX aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include oversight of maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and teamwork with engineering and operations. Ideal candidates will have extensive hands-on experience and the ability to work under pressure. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid GCAA A1 Aircraft Maintenance License mandatory.
• Type rated with current authorizations on B737 NG and B737 MAX.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience.
• Strong understanding of maintenance manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to AOG situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform line & base maintenance on B737NG & B737 MAX fleet.
• Ensure compliance with GCAA regulations and safety protocols.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and provide resolutions.
• Coordinate with teams for operational availability and minimum downtime.
• Participate in audits and safety meetings.
