Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Steward to join the Kitchen Stewards team at its UAE resort. The role involves cleaning and storing crockery, maintaining hygienic kitchen areas, and handling cleaning chemicals with care.

Strong English communication and physical stamina are essential; experience in a luxury setting is a plus. Starting as a Steward, you will work in shifts, support daily operations, and contribute to a culture of safety and cleanliness across a high-end kitchen environment.

Formación

• Secondary education completed; higher credentials are a plus.
• No prior experience required; 1 year in a 5-star hotel or integrated resort is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals handling and storage.
• Physically fit and able to clean high areas, lift heavy objects.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and store crockery, pots, and glassware.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals correctly.
• Remove and dispose of kitchen garbage.
• Interact professionally with staff, management, and contractors.
• Follow health and safety standards and participate in recycling programs.
