Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking an experienced Barista to join our luxury hospitality team. You will craft and serve premium beverages, ensuring exceptional quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

The role requires strong English communication, a passion for hospitality, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays in a prestigious Dubai hotel. You will collaborate with the F&B team to maintain standards and guest delight.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee, tea, and other drinks.
• Maintain consistently high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
• Take and accurately process guest orders and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and work areas.
• Ensure coffee machines, equipment, and utensils are properly maintained and cleaned.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Follow hotel standards, food safety regulations, and departmental procedures.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.
