Job summary

Automech Dewatering & Land Draining LLC in Dubai is seeking a skilled 3 Axis CNC Milling Machine (VMC) Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role requires operating and maintaining VMC machines, reading blueprints, and performing precision machining to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of hands-on experience, familiarity with G-code programming, and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with CNC machining certification.
• 2–5 years of experience operating and maintaining CNC milling (VMC) machines.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate 3-axis CNC milling (VMC) machines for production.
• Monitor machine operations, adjust settings, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect machined parts for accuracy using measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and tool management to optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or programming issues.
• Maintain records of production, quality checks, and machine performance.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace protocols.
