Steel Square Glass & Aluminium L.L.C invites a skilled 2D/3D Sheet Metal Draftsman to join our Dubai team. You will prepare fabrication drawings and 3D models for customized metalwork, sheet metal components, and architectural fabrication projects.
The role requires strong experience in 2D/3D drafting, sheet metal design, and proficiency with AutoCAD and 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.
Competenze
- Diploma, ITI, or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field preferred.
- Practical experience in 2D/3D drafting and sheet metal design.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.
- Understanding of sheet metal fabrication, CNC laser cutting, bending, and flat pattern development.
- Ability to read technical drawings and prepare accurate fabrication details.
- Experience with stainless steel, mild steel, or aluminium fabrication is an advantage.
- Candidates with strong practical skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Mansioni
- Prepare 2D fabrication drawings and 3D models based on client requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop sheet metal designs, flat patterns, cutting layouts, and bending details.
- Prepare production-ready drawings for CNC laser cutting, bending, and assembly.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure drawings are practical and suitable for fabrication.
- Review dimensions, material specifications, and design accuracy before production.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Support the team in resolving technical drawing and fabrication-related issues.
