Job summary
A recruitment firm is seeking a skilled Technician – UHT / ESL Filling and Downstream to join their team in Humansdorp. The successful candidate will perform maintenance on filling equipment and ensure production targets are met. Experience as a Qualified Millwright or Electrician and at least 3 years in FMCG is essential. Flexibility for shift work and the ability to work under pressure are important for this role.

Our client in the FMCG industry is seeking to employ a skilled Technician – UHT / ESL Filling and Downstream to join their team in Humansdorp.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving production and maintenance targets by performing preventative and reactive maintenance on filling and downstream equipment.
This role requires an individual who can work both independently and as part of a team. The position involves shift work and overtime to meet operational requirements.
- Qualified Millwright or Electrician (essential).
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in hydraulics, electrics, pneumatics, mechanics, and PLCs (essential).
- Strong problem-solving ability and technical troubleshooting skills.
