Triz Engineering Solutions is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to form part of our EV electrical development team. Our solutions include zero emission vehicles such as battery electric- and fuel cell vehicles, as well as hybrid- or conventional powered products. We also offer solutions for other advanced vehicle technologies such as ADAS, vehicle autonomy and telematics. Our services are turnkey solutions that are validation tested and ready for mass production.Our product development expertise includes medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles in applications such as delivery, bus, motorhome, off highway, refuse and several other specialized and vocational vehicle markets.Requirements:

• Eng, B.Sc or B.Tech degree in Electrical- or Mechatronic Engineering
• 7 to 10+ years of post-graduate engineering design experience, preferably wiring design and controller integration in the automotive design environment
• Be willing to travel overseas for variable periods depending on project requirements at that time

Responsibilities:

• As Senior Engineer, lead and direct team members in electrical design for heavy-duty electric vehicles(low voltage- and high voltage systems integration)
• Electrical design (schematics, harness 2D/3D CAD) for the integration of electrical systems
• Take responsibility for the technical designs to follow applicable industry-, and customer practices and standards
• Lead design reviews with the OEM customer and suppliers
• Delegate work to assigned engineering team members
• Manage project / task timelines to ensure that milestones are reached
• Support OEM product- and production development processes
• Support team administrative tasks such as performance reviews, mentorship, training etc.
