Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted programs and interventions aimed at youth empowerment and development.
• Provide individual and group counseling to youth addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on life skills, career readiness, and personal development.
• Liaise with schools, families, and community organizations to create a supportive ecosystem for young people.

• Maintain case files and progress reports for all youth participating in programs.
