Job summary

Time Personnel in Cape Town is seeking a Creditor / Reconciliations Administrator to manage high volumes of supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and resolve queries using Xero and Excel. Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) with finance, bookkeeping or accounting qualification advantageous.
• Practical experience on Xero with Accounts Payable or finance administration.
• Experience with creditors and supplier reconciliations.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced finance team.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including formulas and reconciliations.
• Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• High integrity and accountability when handling financial information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate supplier records and complete Accounts Payable transactions on time.
• Reconciling supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve account queries and payments.
• Process and capture supplier invoices into the accounting system.
• Verify invoices against supporting documentation before processing.
• Prevent duplicate payments and ensure invoices are validated.
• Check invoices against approved costs and documentation prior to payment.
