Morgan Motor Group is seeking a capable Workshop Manager to oversee the service department, ensuring profitability and adherence to manufacturer standards. The role focuses on managing workflow, driving performance, and maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will lead the workshop team, coordinate with OEMs, and drive strategies to improve workshop performance while upholding strict cleanliness and organisation in the workshop.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as Workshop Manager or Service Manager within the motor industry.
• Strong management and leadership capabilities.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to drive performance and achieve targets.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service quality standards and profitability targets are consistently achieved.
• Plan, manage, and control workshop workflow to maximise efficiency and productivity.
• Address and resolve all workshop‑related operational issues.
• Liaise with OEMs to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and requirements.
• Develop and implement marketing and operational strategies to grow workshop performance.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the workshop team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure overall cleanliness, organisation, and housekeeping of the workshop at all times.
