Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as Workshop/Service Manager in motor industry.

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Clear criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service quality and profitability targets are achieved.
• Plan, manage, and control workshop workflow for efficiency.
• Address and resolve workshop operations issues.
• Liaise with OEMs to ensure standards compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow workshop performance.
• Lead and motivate workshop team to high performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the workshop.
