Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and improving the user experience across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our companys vision and user needs. Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and implement changes to enhance the user experience.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and usability.

• Apply UX/UI best practices, including usability testing and accessibility considerations.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design standards.

• Work within brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards.

• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred but not required).

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.

• Experience working in a remote setting is a plus.

• Prior experience in designing SaaS products, e-commerce, or mobile applications is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Part-time role (approximately 15-20 hours per week).

• Flexible schedule, but availability for occasional meetings during business hours is required.
