Placements24 is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our fully remote team in South Africa. You will craft intuitive experiences for a suite of interactive applications, translating complex user needs into seamless digital solutions while mentoring junior designers.

You will lead the design process from research to high-fidelity mockups, collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure successful implementation and a strong, user-centered product strategy in a fast-paced agile

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered and interaction design principles.
• Experience designing for web and mobile apps; agile environment.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience working in an agile development environment.
