Placements24 is seeking a Wireless Network Specialist to architect, deploy, and optimize wireless solutions for a remote role. You will ensure performance, security, and scalability across platforms while serving a diverse client base from home.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in wireless network engineering, deep Wi‑Fi (802.11 family) and 4G/5G expertise, plus strong knowledge of security protocols (WPA2/3, RADIUS, EAP) and IP networking. Collaboration with vendors and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years hands-on wireless network engineering and administration.
• Proficient with Wi‑Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and cellular technologies (4G/5G).
• Experience with wireless network assessment tools and spectrum analyzers.
• Experience with network security protocols such as WPA2/3, RADIUS, and EAP.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, routing, and switching.
• Ability to manage projects and work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
