Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years in wireless network engineering.
• Knowledge of IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
• Experience with wireless security protocols.
• Familiarity with vendor hardware (Cisco/Aruba/Ubiquiti).

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy robust wireless networks, including Wi‑Fi access points, controllers, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor wireless network performance, identify and resolve connectivity, speed, and reliability issues.
• Conduct site surveys to assess RF characteristics and plan optimal device placement.
